We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws. When no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise the data.

7 Protection of Personal Data

We implement reasonable security measures (technical, administrative, and organisational) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, modification, or loss.

8 Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

– Request access to your personal data held by us;

– Request correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

– Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).

Requests may be directed to our DPO (see Section 10).

9 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that results in significant harm to individuals, we will notify the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in accordance with the PDPA.
